I fixed my tv and other electronics by smacking it on the side back in the day.

That's russian style, and it only works on electronics.

Our future kids could be robots man. Only way to fix them might be a screwdriver to the chest or face until it comes back to life.
I'm just messing though, I know what you mean and it's technically correct.
