My reviews aren't spoiler free, but you can read them without having the entire movie spoiled if that makes sense.  You can definitely watch this movie without having watched Dr. No.  It only references the film a couple of times and it's not like you'd be lost without seeing it.  I think that this is probably one of the reasons that the series is so popular.  You can watch any of the Bond movies alone and don't need to have seen any of the others for it to make sense or for it to be fun.
