"I don't care what you think. However, I stand by the fact that if you actually let just the IGN review, and that review alone, deter you from playing what is obviously a great game, without even considering another review, you honestly don't deserve to play it, imho, I hope you don't buy it, and I'm not gonna apologize for it."
Fakeboy? I bought the Wii on launch and was one of the people that paid to reserve it, my 360, PS2, GC (obviously) hardly get switched on anymore, games like Tomb Raider I actually chose it for the Wii rather than other platforms and I own 15 games at the moment - only 2 of them are for a non Wii platform. make your own mind up
secondly IGN alone didn't make my mind up - it merely confirmed something I was wondering anyway but on topic I still regard this as infleuncing my decision whether to purchase or rent it. Maybe I do look for lowest available reviews but I read reviews to confirm my decision to purchase them and look for the negatives and I never read a review on a game that doesn't interest me wanting the review to persuade me otherwise. Right now one of the most important aspects that I look for is for the wife and I to enjoy a game together and if we get stuck on a hard mission then taking turns to defeat that is a lot of fun - driving back to a location after every defeat to get it to reappear on the map then the other person driving back to have another go isn't something i'm willing to put up with.
Never have and Never will say this makes it a bad game
