I just got this on Sunday, Streetpass 100 times in 1 day!
I got it at the World Hobby Fair, it was in Nagoya on Sunday at the Pro Baseball Stadium here. (It's also been in Osaka, Tokya and next week Fukuoka)
I probably finished the day with about 140 times. I probably could've gotten more as well if I had gone earlier. My gf also got the achievement as well.
I'm currently at 910 times with 818 unique people. 
(some Mii's I've checked out have way more than I do as well...)
