I was just thinking this the other day actually, since there seems to be a disproportionate amount of strange looking shirtless men used for avatars around here.
That paired with a smiling Mario in some cases, just creeps the hell out of me to be honest.
In this situation, Mario is by proxy- a homosexual. Rotund naked plumbers with a fetish for cake and other mustached men, the entire network of what was once Mario and his heterosexual lifestyle of chasing princess peach comes crashing down all around me when simply browsing these forums.
Games have been intrinsically changed forever because of these avatars people!
Think about it for a minute.
Think about any action mario does, his outfit, his gestures, of god, nooo!
