I work in central London.......... and i have only met 3 other mii's via streetpass during the 14 days i have owned my 3DS 
Theres videogames shops/music stores that sell videogames ect all over the place in central London too, i should have bumped in to far more fellow 3DS owners by now.
oh, this mornings mii quest for me was a damp squib......... i ended up in this dark room and all my wanderer's ran off like (appropiately) scalded dogs grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
