The 3ds circle pad is actually extremely well fitted for fighters. I prefer SFIV 3D to its console counterparts, safe for the graphics downgrade. For controls though, the 3DS is bang on.
The more fighters there are on the 3DS, the happier I will be, you can be certain of that. Best fighter platform ever imho.
