One question though. About that lesson you learnt, are you saying Chris is losing his talent? Because I think that all he need is motivation to get back up on his feet. He watched Rare going slowly to the grave and eventually (spring last year to be precise) even got fired from the company (he didn't resign as the article says). I mean, after all, he's still got all these crazy ideas for a hypothetical sequel. All he need is some tools to work with, aka, a studio.

That and money is exactly what I meant. So yes to that, and no, I don't think he lost his talent, it's we that lost his and the enjoyment we found therein. Rather, I think he has probably more talent, and more cynicism and humour to share than ever before, and is more free-minded than ever.

A sour layoff is a life-changing experience, it should only make him stronger and more interesting. Hope we can enjoy him once again.
