Aren't these pre-existing? Where did you get that these are new studios?

Is it Platform Next Studios this one is alluding to? Would this be a new studio?
Nevermind, just checked Wikipedia, under 2011 it states:
"Microsoft Studios recruits for new development studios in Redmond - Microsoft Studios LEAP and Platform Next Studios."
But then isn't this old news?
