Make sure you look at it full screen, should give you a rough idea. Then you will just have to imagine what Naughty Dog's artists could do with that. Keep in mind that character is using tesselation to boost it up to arround a million polygons in just the head thanks to the fact every hair on his chin is 3D tho.
