countries have reserve banks that print money out of thin air. greece can easily have more than $400 billion it just needs to print more and more money. does greece a small european country need $400 billion GDP, annual gross domestic product?
Apple is a huge multinational company with divisions/branches through out the world and employs millions of million people world wide.
