Look above, prof laid it out nicely for you.

But I'm surprised Nintendo fans here even debate this, i thought they would readily admit this themselves. Look at the Wii's library compared to the gamecubes ...

I imagin a lot of those gamecube owners are very unhappy this gen, and I doubt the Wii pulled many core gamers from the PS2 and Xbox crowd.

To be upset by the lack of games of a certain type wouldn't these "real gamers" have to be interested in the platform?

No? Don't have to own a platform to be disappointed with it ... especially as from the get go Wii looked like a big depature from typical Nintendo home consoles, something that would have put core ninty fans on alert.

You're right Seece the Wii doesn't have an as great library but it's okay because the Wii is still a good console even though it might not have attracted as many "hardcore" gamers as the Xbox360 or PS3. And you can tell by it's amazing sales, so what if most of them are casual gamers? That I would say is a huge accomplishment because it made non-gamers become gamers. So, even though you probably won't listen to me, stop arguing/talking about it. And start talking about how stupid this guy is for thinking that this coming gen is "the last generation."

What core on the HD twins? cod players? Lmao.. A trad core gamer is someone who is serious about games. Nintendo provided serious content for the wii, as a basic example galaxy >>>>> sunshine. Cube gamers were blessed this gen, and only a twit would have been worried that motion controls would negatively affect supply of quality content, since revenue and install base due to the appealing tech drove momentum for more content, as one should have predicted, in their right minds of course...
