One thing about demos--when I plan on buying a game, I tend to avoid them. I don't like the feeling that all of my hard work is in vain. I like to experience the game fresh. That's why I didn't finish the Asura's Wrath demo and why I didn't bother to download the Final Fantasy XIII-2 demo.
I'll give the RE:R demo a shot just to see how the game is going to look but I already know the real game is a day one buy. I won't play it too in-depth.
