Just to add to this, IGN just posted a preview of the voice commands, saying things like:
"At CES last week I had the opportunity to play the demo for myself, and I came away impressed by what I saw. "
"Most important of all is that this Kinect integration just works."
"... the ability to play through entire Mass Effect action set-pieces without ever accessing the game's power wheel felt great – it might be hard to go back."
