Holy Democratic talking points, Batman. For one thing, it's a split Congress. For another, they've limited the amount of damage that Dumb Bastard has been able to cause (except on the points where Republicans and Democrats agree on shredding the Constitution further). That's a thing, and I reckon it's good enough given how little power they have.
