Which is your favourite 3D Mario?

For me, Mario 64. I have very fond memories of it and I also remember the first time I saw mario get the wing cap and fly around the Bob-omb battlefield. Also I loved how the game gave you a lot of freedom to explore the levels and there were actually a lot of things to discover.
