I agree that the best thing that could possible happen to the Zelda series is Aonuma not having anything to do with it anymore. He doesn't do all bad, but every game gets more and more Aonuma-ish. I got so bored with the train in Spirit Tracks I didnt even get to the 2nd dungeon (And I've always finished Zelda games before that, it's my favorite series.
SS is a fantastic game in many ways, but god I am so annoyed at the unnessecary messages, the excessive text that you cant skip, getting a message that I found a jelly blob when I already have 72 of them, JESUS CHRIST AONUMA, JUST LET ME PLAY THE GAME!
It's like Aonuma hates all the GAMEPLAY, he wants to remove that from zelda and turn it into an animated movie or a cross-word puzzle. He has overall been a bad influence to the series. That he is a producer now, is still too close. I say Retro should save Zelda.
