I'm gonna try and make some sense of this.
Last week (ending on the 31st) the Xbox 360 was at 64.6m according to VGC. If we substract the 1.2m we get 63.4m.
Let's say that MS's figure (66m) was shipped numbers. Heck, let's even say that they rounded up and that it was 65.8 or something.
That still leaves us 2.4m on shelves...
