Assume there is a ~1 million gap?  There is if we still go by VGC numbers + NPD numbers.  There was no assuming there at all.

It's funny how you call out people as bias because they see things different from you.  Besides, you have been on this site long enough to realize we all have our favorites and are biased towards them (even you).  I think it's about time to get over it.

Unlike you I don't come out with idiotic stuff like it's impossible for 360 to beat PS3 this year.

I am biased, you're right, we all are to a degree. But I can remove my bias when needed. Which is why I think perhaps yeah, MS overshipped a bit, and PS3 is ahead in actual units sold. I'm certainly not going dismiss other avenues which can explain this though unlike you (so it fits your need)

Right now we have a very blank canvas to draw from in working out where those numbers are coming from, we don't even know how much they've shipped over 66m. And it also begs the question, PS3 was down in US and Japan this Q but expects to be up itself in shipments a fair bit as well?

Your points are valid I just wish you'd look at the bigger picture insted of letting your bias crep in at every point, you argue year old facts for goodness sakes.

And if I lose, I'll put my hands up and say I was wrong (and you won't see any statistical tie crap from no matter how close they are, or any other excuses, those are pointless when we know for sure a winner.) and to make it up to you I'll buy you an Oxford English dictionary
