Its real video of a street, but the video captured is basically with cameras shooting 360 degrees of vision, so you can move your perspective around the "3d" space with a second virtual camera. If that makes sense......

 

Kinda like Virtual Reality, but its not a helmet, and its a real capture of the real world.
