Ok, Now I can't predict more... I have to be afraid to be banned too?

No. I don't think MS are lying... I thing they just rounded the figure... 65.6, 65.7, 65.8, 65.9 are all rounded to 66.0.

I guess I'm wrong but that's my PREDICTION... it's not a FACT.
