Microsoft are known for their excellent working conditions. Difficult to control a 3rd party sub contracted firm... and as others have said, they assemble things for many, many other companies, notably SONY and Nintendo.

I remmember an article stating that Microsoft is a better place to work in than Google. So I back you up.
