Rare and Retro did not lead the graphics pack on Gamecube; Factor 5 outdid them both.

And Skyward Sword does have some bumpmapping, for example on the Goddess Cubes and their chests and Tentalus's tentacles.


Gonna have to toss in my copy of Rebel Strike and see how well it held up........but not today.  Gotta go to bed.  I just wanted to say this:

Really, the first dungeon is NOTHING.

The second is also barely any fun.

The third and onward are some of the best dungeons ever.

I enjoyed the Earth Temple, though it was the boss moreso that gripped me

Actually that was the only thing I "disliked" on the Earth Temple, mostly because it's way too similar to the Rocktite mini-boss on Spirit Tracks (with the difference of the Rocktite being fought on Train). Other than that, the temple was fun in itself.
