| mesoteto said: @dno--dude i give up your words are feeble and twisted as an old womans(great quote from the 13th warrior) you seem to think that just b/c some people are paying for extra features they want everyone must be, you also seem to think that last gen should be taken into acct when discussing current gen systems, and your right the average joe bought the Ps2 for games...lots of games not b/c it could network, not b/c it could be a dvd player...but b/c it played games --sure there were some that bought it for the extras...but the MAJORITY (see i can do caps as well) bought it for the great libary it had/has/and will have...that is the reason it sold so well the reason the gamecube tanked was b/c it did not get the games, even if its cheap it had nothing to play (unlike its wii offspring--people are workign to get it on there) the point you seem to breese over (and look silly for) is this some peopel will pay for teh extra eatures if they want, the averge consumer will not pay extra for items they dont need or want |
my words are twisted but he agreed with me on the ps2 part LOL. this dude lost some credit to me.
And 1 last thing if you think some people arent buying the ps3 for a blu-ray then your wrong again in fact i no more people buying for a blu-ray (yes an extra feature!!!!!) then the games (and i work in retail so i no the customer habbits a little more then you) so now im done talking to you because all my words are backed up and yours are STILL nuthin but crap.
