Cheapest 360 in Holiday 2008 was $299 (Price cut from $349 20GB). Nowadays you can get one for $200. That isn't 2008 price.

Read my later post. I forgot the Arcade was there. For some reason when I bought my 20GB in Feb. I thought it was still only the 20GB and the Core.
I ended up looking so foolish.

You have to consider that a 360 in 2011 had a lot more packed in than a 360 in 2008. Nearly every 360 bundle comes with Kinect. you can get 360 with kinect at 199.99 i am sure of it. I dont really know though because i come from England.
I remember some advertisements for america though with 360's kinect and giftcard for like 200. So you have to consider what you get with the 360 and not just what you pay for it.

I was going based on just the entry price, which does in fact continue to be $199.99 without taking holiday promotions or anything else into account.
Sales2099 was correct in his statement.

The only exception being that they will not actually cut the price. They will simply include more and more into it.

360 elite with kinect 199
360 elite with kinect and 4 games 199
360 super elite with super kinect and 10 super duper games 199
It will never get a price cut.
