My Wii kept freezing on the channel menu screen. Spoke to Nintendo in the UK who sent the shipping label. I asked that because I was out of warranty, could they tell me the price of repair and whether I could keep saved data. Unfortunately, a Wii turned up in the post yesterday, no covering note on how to reset it (had to make another phone call), everything gone (all Miis, 80 hours on MySims, 10 VC games etc.). I have emailed Nintendo and wait for their reply...
