Probably PS4 will be on paper, but in practice it probably won't make much of a difference, as visually I expect NextBox/PS4 multiplats to be indistinguishable from one another like this gen. Except for the bugs of course, right PS3 owners? Haha, I kid I kid!!
I think it's become pretty apparent over the last generation that the days of arguing over bits, polygon counts, gigaflops and other such terms are long gone.
