Alot of you guys are ignoring the fact that the required IQ minimum score is still above average. Calling these people morons seems like an exaggeration.

Also to those claiming discrimination, I would contend that if you're allowed to turn away people who score too low on a test then it's also fine to turn away people for scoring too high.

Now obviously since he's remained a guard all this time it proves that he wouldn't have gotten bored as far as I'm concerned, so the reasoning for the policy may be faulty, but the general concept of turning away someone for scoring too high on a test seems perfectly legitimate to me if you have a good reason. There's nothing inherently discriminatory about it unless you can say the same for testing in general.
