Well Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and EA have removed their active support, but all of them are members of the ESA which currently is still in support of it. There was an article on the site about Sony and Nintendo still supporting the legislation just because they are in the ESA but Microsoft is also a memeber. But with four of their biggest members pulling active support may mean the ESA will pull it support soon also.

The ESA is the organization that organizes E3 plus plays an active roll in trying to protect the gaming industry in the US. Which may be the reason why they originally supported the bill.
