I've been using this for a while. Got a cheap chinese knockoff bluetooth adapter off ebay for AU$8.
Unfortunately, none of the other options are as flexible as glovepie. There is an open source attempt called OpenPIE in the works, but I've no idea if that will ever see the light of day.
