Then why are you so ravagely defending them? I can't get any sources on the failrate of zune because I keep getting articles on every zune of a certain model breaking at a specific day.

i'm not defendig them i just hate people like you talking shit without any proof just because they wish to be right. i have no problem if they fail in producing hardware but you have to prove it and not just "i say zune and original xbox had higher failure rate than the average products in these segments, i can't prove it but it is so"
