I can't believe your mom being a Zelda gamer never mentioned how "improved" the visuals were from Twilight Princess. Honestly I can't really notice the difference between the two games when it comes to controls, amount of lag (both games had quite a lot) and visuals. I being a huge Zelda fan before Twilight Princess came out and a fan of the series before Zelda SS came out. I'm really disappointed with the Zelda this generation.

Neither game has lag bro. It's your LCD tvs input lag. My LCD tv has a 'game mode' so i don't get lag. Wii suffers the most input lag due to the amount of upscaling.

To start off with I don't own a Wii and I never did. But I'm am just telling you my opinions after playing a bunch of Zelda from both my cousins house and my best friends house. And I have a LED TV...

Both your cousin and best friend's tvs have input lag then. Also LCD/LED/plasma are all the same when it comes to input lag bro. A good example of this is 'guitar hero 3' on the Wii. Try playing Guitar Hero on the Wii through your mates and cousins TVs and they will be unplayable unless they have a 'game mode' on their TVs. 'GAme mode' kills all the extra processing modern TVs use to make the picture so nice. In Game mode the games lose a lot of color and quality in the graphics but they don't suffer lag anymore. If your mate or cousin have an old school CRT tv give Skyward Sword a go through that and you'll see beautiful lag free 1 to 1 motion.
