Honestly I don't think the real expectations for Resistance 3 was all that high. Ratchet and Clank isn't a powerful franchise anymore (Insomniac failed at keeping a franchise alive) and MotorStorm had a bad release from delays due to the tsunami and earthquake in Japan.

ok, I hoped Resistance 3 would be good :P

Ratchet has been falling for some time now though :/
