No, the titles will still have all of the multiplayer features included but you won't be able to access them without an "online pass".

Yeah, that is what I would like confirmation on because according to the article I posted it seems like downloadable titles with online play come without the pass by default.

If that was true some major online magazines and blog would have made echo of such new...

If they make you download all the content, and the online pass is just an unlock key then I am not as supportive.

I really do wish they could give the option of buy x game multiplayer only $49.99, get get single player later for $9.99 or visa versa. I would have saved  a lot of money this gen, and maybe been able to afford that one extra game that often gets skipped in the holiday flood.
