I see the Wii U launching at $399 (possibly $349). It's a price that probably allows them to break even or to lose a small amount that they will get back with 1 or 2 games sold. Wii U will have to sold with at least one tablet besides the console and that will certainly bring the price up, but any further than that would be something very non-Nintendo and they've already been burned by the 3DS' launch price.
