Cause eventually they can buy VITA when more digital games are available and when it's cheaper.

don't think TriG will do it. There probably won't be another MK on 3DS but MH4 will come in a coule of years the latest. The long tail for MK7 will ensure it outsells MH TriG.
As for MH4, it's a big unknown.
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
