Well PS3 usually gets most adjusted after shipment figures comes out as it sells better than others in regions that are harder to track. Even last year we had X360 pretty much crushing PS3 all christmas and then the shipment figures came out and were tied between the two consoles. Of course not to take anything from vgchartz great job. It's just that especially regions outside of Japan, Europe and North-America are pretty much impossible to track accurately.
