I've been wanting to battle for awhile but I still have no idea what should be my 6th pokemon

So far I have
Serperior
Dragonite
Slowbro
Chandalure(The candle dude )
Metalgross

I don't want too many pokemon to be weak against ground but a pokemon with light screen can do wonderes with my seperior since I will teach it reflect.

Also is there any easy way to train pokemon to 100?
