I think it's more that MS is knowing where the money is, they couldn't wait any longer with iOS products.. in a few days they launched My Xbox Live, a Halo Waypoint app, MircoSoft OneNote, Microsoft Tag (QR codes MS style) and Skydrive... I don't think it won't be long before Office will come.. if you can't defeat them at least make money with them..
