Right now, B-.

The system's near total lack of games released during the summer, and many late arriving features is the blame for this. If they are going to launch it so early in the year, they should at least have stuff like the internet browser, eShop, and Friends List ready. Other bad points, like I said include the games, and the fact that the system is/will be overrun with shovelware if 3rd party support doesn't improve (You can mostly blame Ubisoft for this, but 3rd party support looks to be improving, at least in Japan).

Now for the good points. The onslaught of good games coming is a good sign for the future. The 3D is great, and Nintendo Show 3D is pretty decent, but still goofy. The online is where some of the biggest improvements were made. When Swapnote comes, even more improvements will be made. The gems in the gaming lineup, and the smaller stuff like Cave Story are also good things about it.
