Yes and no.

Django Unchaied is being made by Quentin Tarantino. Jamie Foxx will play a freed slave named Django who must return to free his enslaved wife, Broomhilda, from the evils slavemaster Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio). Its a spaghetti western set in the South during slavery. Also in the cast, Christopher Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Sacha Baron Cohen,  Kerry Washington, and Kurt Russel.  Coming out next Christmas in the US. Don't worry there will still be a chain gun.

...and with that, Django is ruined.  How could Tarantino bastardize the Franco Nero character like that?

I guess he's at least giving the movie the name of what he's ripping off this time and that's worth something. 

Nah this will probably make Django more popular than ever. Tarantino is a wonderful director. Its not as if any of the Django movies besides the original are that great. Some of them literally just tacked on the title. And how many movies are so brave to be about slave revolts? This right after he shot Hitler to pieces.

I'm not doubting that it will make Django more popular.

Let's just agree to disagree about Tarantino.  I didn't care for Basterds at all and thought that it was tasteless at best.
