Sensationalistic garbage.
Basically, groups like this find the most despicable, disgusting, horrifying things they can and try to pass it off as the norm when it happens in less than 1% of instances. I watched this a few weeks back and couldn't stop facepalming. I've worked in slaughterhouses, I've seen what goes on with cows and pigs and chickens, and while it certainly isn't pretty, it's not the barbaric inhumane things that groups like this would have you believe.
In other news: nature is cruel, who knew?!
Seriously, slitting of the throat is still one of the most humane ways to kill something, next to a bullet to the brain, and humans are the only carnivores who give a damn about their prey, and the only ones who have even the remotest bit of remorse over it. Trust me, what a lion does to a gazelle is infinitely worse than anything you'll find here.
