3DS can play all DS games...

It can't, Flipnote studio still can't be played (and transferred) on a 3DS. Anyway, comparing DS and 3DS libraries is just silly, we have to give 3DS enough time...right now, Nintendo has done an amazing job in recovering the gap with Vita with their improvements.
