There is so much going into The Last Guardian (you can tell from what little has been coming out about it). Sony needs to set an example. If people leave, oh well. Paying people for over 6 years and there is nothing to show for it other than more development is not a way to keep your job.

I'd be looking at Polyphony as well.

 

With that sort of attitude and sentiment, You'd have few to no good developers looking to join your slavedriving ship.
