Nope and likewise the other way around you can't become werewolf while being vampire.

On Patch 1.2 it is possible. Werewolves have no immunity to disease anymore, because there are no resistances whatsoever. So he can become a Vampiric werewolf argonian. Though that'd making a Vampiric Werelizard
