I'm not one to get hung up on grammer but that post is just fked up man, are you doing that deliberatly?
And also I was pointing out that the article and the job listings don't conflict with what Dallinor said as the jobs actually relate to Kinect and Mobile games. The rest of it is just standard videogame job listing stuff so not relevent so I didn't bother cluttering my post with it. I left in all the references to existing games like Halo and Gears and core AAA games so it's not like I was trying to twist what was written. You have twisted it more by cutting off the half of the listing that includes the wide veriaty of roles and games the job intails
"Are you interested in shipping innovative games that will change the way people play? If so, we want you to join our team to work on next-generation projects built from the ground up in Microsoft Game Studios.
We have very strong teams of industry experts tackling the challenges of creating the best experiences using software and hardware technologies in new ways.
Microsoft Game Studios is a leading worldwide publisher and developer of games for the Xbox 360™ including Kinect, the Windows® operating system, Mobile and Online platforms.
Comprising a network of top internal and external developers, MGS is committed to creating diverse games for Xbox 360 http://www.xbox.com), Windows http://www.microsoft.com/games), and Mobile, including such games as the “Halo®” franchise now under 343 Industries®, “Gears of War”, Kinect® under the “Good Science®” Studio, “Fable®,” the “Forza Motorsport™” franchise, BigPark Vancouver, Games for Windows Live and MSN® Games http://www.games.msn.com), the official games channel for the MSN network and home to such hits as “Bejeweled” and “Hexic®.”
Let us help you make your dream job come true." If the job listing is your evidence of MSGS making traditional core action games the fact that the position will be working on Kinect, mobile and online plus working with specifically BigPark and Good science both of which were set up to create casual Kinect games and also existing IPs, kind of counteracts that message so I see why you wouldn't want to include it. I mean the fact that the job is only linked to casual studios and existing IPs kinda disproves your position. So good job telling me something I don't know....
Also you only seem to have posted one of the listings, and since you don't like short quotes

Notice that they cosider Ryse a core game, clearly setting what they define as a core game so can be used to conclude that when they say core games they mean Kinect games with violence. Not what you seem to emply they mean.
