This is kind of true. The last time Ms promised a core AAA game it turned into Ryse which got delayed by another year.
It's clear MS has their focus on Kinect.
If MS wanted to make more AAA exclusives, they wouldn't have Rare make Kinect Sports and Avatars. they would put the programers at Rare to good use to make a proper Banjo Kazooie game, a Killer Instinct 3, or a new Conker title. Any of these would make fans happy, but no.
