Don't use the GTS and that problem will never arise. Though you can never be sure when battling random people online, if you battle people from a known community, the probability of battling against hacked pokemon is very very low. 

There are some pretty good pokemon trainers here on VGC like Smeags, KillerYoshis and TDS12 and I can vouch for them not having a single hacked pokemon.

i know, but there are still chances hacked pokemon are used, and just cannot be detected

I hope that 3DS pokemon will not be able to trade with Ds games, so that we get rid of hacked pokemon completely

the game loses its point with hacked pokemon, why train them and try to find one with high stats if someone can hack it and get any pokemon with max stats  : (

Well, that's what happens with roms I guess. Since I've never traded on the GTS, the only pokemon I've ever had were legit versions caught within my own game. It is indeed a big problem and I hope it's fixed for the 6th gen.
