This is the most ridiculous thing I've seen in a long time. You can't issue a kill order without accusing someone of being a domestic threat to commit terrorism, and Paul has no reason to commit terrorism. Members of the Congress routinely meet with foreign leaders and speak to them regularly - if there was any proof of this Obama would be impeached, removed from office and jailed for both terrorism and treason since he tried to interfere illegally with political representation.
People are difficult to govern because they have too much knowledge.
