For every Star Trek fan that bad mouths the prequel trilogy, I bring up the Star Trek episode The Trouble With Tribbles. Not only is it the worst Star Trek episode ever, it is one of the worst episodes of anything ever. It has to be seen to be believed.

Also, I never cared for Captain Kirk. Picard was light years better.

James Bond and Star Trek. Bost started there screen life in the 60s. Enough said...

 

oh!   tribbles was great! So good that it was redone  almost 30yrs later on DS9

James Bond actually started on the screen in the 50's.  There was a television movie for Casino Royale. 

Tribbles was terrible because it tried to take itself seriously.  If you're going to something bad, make it stink to the high heavens like the Lost In Space episode, The Great Vegetable Rebellion.  I would make a thread about why Lost In Space is better than Star Trek, but unfortunatley younger people don't know much about it.
